The short version
CashlessNow stores zero personal data. No names, no phone numbers, no policy numbers, no location history. We don't require accounts. Your search is processed in memory and discarded. We cannot identify you even if we wanted to.
What we collect
Search queries
When you search, we receive your city, insurer, plan name, sum insured, and medical condition. These are processed to return results and then discarded. We do not log or store individual search queries.
Community reviews
If you submit a hospital review via the Share page, we store only your rating, visit month/year, and optional free-text comments. We do not collect your name, phone number, or policy number.
My Documents (bill scanner)
Photos captured in My Documents are stored entirely in your browser's IndexedDB. They never leave your device. CashlessNow cannot access, read, or transmit your documents. If you clear your browser data, they are permanently deleted.
Analytics
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., total searches per city) to improve the service. These contain no personal identifiers.
What we never do
- ✗Store your name, phone number, email, or policy number
- ✗Track your GPS location or IP address for profiling
- ✗Sell or share data with insurers, hospitals, or advertisers
- ✗Use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking
- ✗Upload your scanned documents to any server
Third-party services
CashlessNow uses Vercel for hosting. Vercel may collect standard web server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) for operational purposes. We do not control Vercel's infrastructure logging. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.
