Data Sources
All hospital network data is sourced from publicly available insurer and TPA websites, as mandated by IRDAI.
How we collect data
IRDAI requires all health insurers in India to publish their cashless hospital networks publicly. We read these published lists and standardize them into a searchable format.
For policy details (room rent caps, sub-limits, waiting periods), we analyze publicly available policy wordings and brochures. Each policy rule in our system cites the source document and section.

Update frequency
Hospital network data is refreshed every 6 hours via automated scrapers. Policy rule data is updated when new policy wordings are published (typically annually). All results include a data freshness timestamp so you know how recent the information is.
Limitations
Insurers may update their hospital networks between our scrape cycles. A hospital listed as “cashless” in our data may have been removed, or a new hospital may not yet appear. Always confirm cashless availability directly with the hospital before admission.
